Mitsubishi Power has scored a major contract concerning Qatar’s Facility E IWPP project. The power solution brand is a part of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. (MHI). This significant award was announced on January 15, 2026.
This contract was granted in cooperation with Samsung C&T Engineering & Construction Group, which is the appointed Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) contractor by Ras Abu Fontas Power Company. The partnership also involves the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA).
