Fujitsu Launches GLOVIA One ERP Solution for Japanese Market

Fujitsu Limited has announced the integration of its GLOVIA ERP solution lineup into a unified platform known as GLOVIA One, set to be available starting April 22, 2026. This comprehensive ERP solution targets Japanese companies with annual sales between 3 billion yen and 100 billion yen, offering a system that adapts to Japan's unique business processes and legal frameworks.

GLOVIA One aims to address challenges faced by mid-sized Japanese companies, such as labor shortages and digital disparities, by providing an AI-driven ERP solution. The system integrates accounting, human resources, payroll, sales, and production domains, while also offering data integration and visualization capabilities through an AI agent to support decision-making.

The ERP solution will be delivered in a multi-tenant configuration via the cloud, allowing for API-based integration with third-party solutions. This architecture minimizes the need for add-on development and enables companies to select optimal solution functions without being tied to specific vendors.

Fujitsu's approach with GLOVIA One is centered around three core concepts: INSIGHT, FIT TO JAPAN, and PARTNERSHIP. The INSIGHT component centralizes business data into a single data lake, utilizing AI to provide real-time analysis and decision-making support. The FIT TO JAPAN concept allows for customer-specific improvements and innovations without enforcing uniform processes, enabling the ERP to evolve within Japanese business environments.

The PARTNERSHIP aspect of GLOVIA One focuses on sustainable growth through industry and business knowledge sharing. Fujitsu plans to build a Japan-specific ERP ecosystem by openly sharing a composable architecture that integrates functions, data, and external services via APIs, facilitating automated business processes tailored to each customer.

Fujitsu's future plans include expanding the composable business foundation of GLOVIA One to address societal challenges such as labor shortages and digital disparities. By the end of fiscal year 2026, the company intends to offer Chat BI, an AI agent designed to support decision-making by leveraging data and AI insights.

Under its Uvance business model, Fujitsu aims to enhance industrial competitiveness for Japanese companies by providing one-stop support from decision-making to execution through AI agents that understand complete business workflows. This initiative seeks to advance sustainable growth and adapt to rapidly changing business environments.
