TOMY Company, Ltd. is expanding its popular 'tomica GARAGE' line with the introduction of the 'Smart STONE GRAY Standard Edition'. Set to launch in mid-July 2026, the new model builds on the success of the original series by incorporating smarter features tailored for adult collectors.
Designed to meet the increasing demand for dynamic collection displays, the Smart STONE GRAY edition offers remote control functionality, enabling users to open and close garage shutters electronically. It also includes six-color LED lighting, allowing collectors to adjust the ambiance to match their miniature TOMICA cars.
Priced at JPY7,700, the garage model will be available for pre-order at TOMY MALL starting May 11, 2026. Its distribution will extend across 10 Asian regions, including Japan, Mainland China, and South Korea, with availability in other areas following sequentially.

The advanced garage model also features a refined interior design and allows for synchronized control of multiple connected garages, reflecting consumer trends for seamless and engaging display solutions. The product operates with three AA alkaline batteries for the main unit and one AAA battery for the controller, sold separately.
