Mitsubishi Motors Corporation has announced the launch of its Xforce compact SUV in Malaysia, with sales commencing on April 8, 2026. The vehicle, produced locally at the Pekan plant in Pahang, has already surpassed its initial pre-order target of 2,000 units since pre-orders opened on February 5, 2026.
The Xforce is positioned as a new core model for the Malaysian market, joining the Xpander in Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia's lineup. Developed under the concept of being the 'best-suited buddy for an exciting life,' the Xforce is a five-seater compact SUV that combines a stylish yet robust design with a spacious and comfortable interior. Its compact body size ensures maneuverability, appealing to a wide range of customers seeking both urban practicality and SUV presence.
Following its initial launch in Indonesia in November 2023, the Xforce has been introduced to other ASEAN countries, including Vietnam and the Philippines, as well as markets in Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
