JCB International Co., Ltd., the global operations wing of Japan's sole international payment brand, JCB Co., Ltd., has announced a collaboration with Resorts World Sentosa in Singapore. The partnership aims to enhance the travel experience for Japanese tourists visiting Singapore.

Located on Sentosa Island, Resorts World Sentosa is a premier destination in Singapore, attracting millions of visitors each year. The collaboration will offer exclusive privileges to JCB cardmembers from Japan, enhancing their experience at the resort.

Eligible JCB cardmembers booking online will receive benefits such as up to 20% savings on selected attractions and accommodations, along with dining and retail privileges at participating outlets. These incentives are designed to provide a seamless and rewarding experience for international guests.

The initiative comes at a time when Japanese tourist arrivals in Singapore are rising. Despite numbers still being below pre-pandemic levels, the increase from 2024 to 2025 indicates a positive trend. Hiroko Michishita, Managing Director of JCB International Asia Pacific, underscored the timely nature of the program, noting the collaboration’s potential to extend Japanese visitors' stays in Singapore.

According to Jenny Wang, Acting Senior Vice President of Resort Sales and Marketing at Resorts World Sentosa, the partnership with JCB aims to deepen engagement with Japanese travelers and expand RWS's reach in the Japanese market. Wang expressed that the initiative reflects a long-term commitment to maintaining relevance among Japanese guests and positioning RWS as Asia’s leading lifestyle destination.
